Thank you for accessing the Glade.ai widget application (the “App”) and/or visiting the Glade.ai website located at www.Glade.ai (the “Site”). The Site and App are properties of Noodle Shops Inc (dba “Glade.ai” “we,” “our” or “us”). This Glade.ai Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) covers our treatment of personal information that we collect when you: (a) access and/or use the Site; (b) download, attempt to download and/or use the App and associated Software, as made available on the iPhone®, iPad® and iPod Touch®, as well as Android® and other mobile devices (collectively, “Mobile Devices”), by and through the Apple® App Store, the Google Play® store, and other applicable venues (collectively, “Download Venues”); (c) access certain text, images, video, audio and other content and information relating to the Glade.ai Offerings as made available by: (i) Glade.ai (collectively, “Glade.ai Content”); (ii) third-party content providers (“Third-Party Content”) and/or (iii) Users (“User Content,” and together with the Glade.ai Content and Third-Party Content, the “Content”); (d) register for a Glade.ai account (“Account”) as an end-user of the App and/or Site (“User”), which enables Users to: (i) obtain Glade.ai content in the form of Handbooks (“Handbooks”), step by step guides published by creators on the Glade.ai platform; (ii) create a personalized profile image/avatar, and associated information, as uploaded by such Users (“Profile”), that will identify Users to other Users and to the Creators; and/or (iv) purchase, for a fee, “Responses,” which provides Users with access to an ad-free experience in the App/on the Site, messaging functionality and other interactive features of the Glade.ai Offerings which allow the user to interact with their favorite creators for a set period of time. (collectively (a)-(d), the “Glade.ai Offerings”).

Disclosure Regarding Customer Data. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the personal information that we process on behalf of our customers pursuant to a written agreement we have entered into with such customers (“Customer Data”).

Examples of Customer Data that we may process on behalf of our customers may include:

• Documents and Forms: Our customers may provide us with personal information from their documents and forms that they upload to the Glade.ai Offerings.

Our customers’ respective privacy notices or policies govern their collection and use of Customer Data. Our processing of Customer Data is governed by the contracts that we have in place with our customers, not this Privacy Policy. The use of our Glade.ai Offerings does not waive attorney-client privilege because we act solely as a technology back office for our customers, providing infrastructure and services under the direction of our customers. While our customer support team may have access to Customer Data that is subject to attorney-client privilege for troubleshooting or maintenance purposes, such access is strictly limited to providing technical support and ensuring the proper functioning of the Site and App. Any questions or requests relating to Customer Data should be directed to our customer.

Your California Privacy Rights

Shine the Light. If you are a resident of the State of California and would like to learn how your “personal information” (as defined in the Shine the Light Law, Cal. Civ. Personal Information Collected

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, “personal information” shall mean individually identifiable information from or about an individual. We collect personal information when you access certain of the Glade.ai Offerings and complete the required information request form(s) and/or otherwise provide such information to us.

1. Personal Information You Provide to Us Directly

The information that you must supply on the form(s) may include, without limitation: (a) full name; (b) e-mail address; (c) mailing/billing address; (d) telephone number; (e) date of birth; (f) credit card and/or debit card information where you choose to  subscribe to the Glade.ai Offerings; and/or (g) any other information requested by Glade.ai on the applicable form.

2. Personal Information Collected Automatically

• Computer IP Addresses/Browser Type. We may collect certain personal information about you and your desktop computer when you visit many of the pages of the Site. This personal information includes, without limitation, the type of browser that you use (e.g., Safari, Chrome, Internet Explorer), your IP address, the type of operating system that you use (e.g., Windows or iOS) and the domain name of your Internet service provider (e.g., Verizon, AT&T). We use the personal information that we collect to improve the design and content of the Glade.ai Offerings and to enable us to personalize your Internet experience.

• Mobile Device, Geolocation and App Usage Information. We may collect certain personal information about you and your Mobile Device when you access the App and/or visit certain App pages. This personal information includes:

  • Mobile Device platform type;
  • Mobile Device identifier;
  • SDK version;
  • API key (identifier for the App);
  • App version;
  • the model type, manufacture and Android version of the Mobile Device;
  • your App session start/stop time and date;
  • the actions taken while utilizing the App.

• Cookies. When an end-user visits the Site and/or interacts with one of our commercial e-mail messages, we send one (1) or more cookies and/or gif files (collectively, “Cookies”) to assign an anonymous, unique identifier to the applicable end-user’s computer and/or Mobile Device. A Cookie is a piece of data stored on your hard drive containing personal information about you. Cookies have many benefits to enhance your experience on the Site. We use Cookies to improve the quality of the Glade.ai Offerings, including for storing end-user preferences and tracking Site usage.

Glade.ai and its third-party partners, such as Google®, use Cookies, pixels and other tracking technology (collectively, “Tracking Technology”) to analyze trends, administer the App and Site, track end-users’ movements around the App and Site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.

Use of Personal Information

Personal information collected by Glade.ai may be used (a) to provide access to certain areas, functionalities, and features of the Glade.ai Offerings, (b) to communicate with you and answer your requests, (c) for feedback purposes, (d) for our own marketing and promotional purposes related to the Glade.ai Offerings, (e) for a statistical analysis of users' behavior, (f) for product development including developing, training, and fine-tuning models, algorithms, and artificial intelligence (“AI”) technologies, (g) for content improvement, or (h) to customize the content and layout of the Glade Sites. Personal information, such as names, postal and email addresses, phone numbers, and other personal information which visitors voluntarily provide to Glade may be added to the Glade databases and used for future calls and mailings regarding site updates, new products and services, and upcoming events.

Sharing of Personal Information

We may share your personal information with service providers that assist us with the provision of the Glade.ai Offerings. This may include, but is not limited to, service providers that provide us with hosting services, customer service, AI or machine learning services, analytics, IT support, and related services. We reserve the right to share personal information: (i) in the event that we believe that the Glade.ai Offerings are being or have been used in violation of the Terms or to commit unlawful acts; (ii) if the information is subpoenaed; (iii) if we are sold, merge with a third-party or are acquired by a third-party; or (iv) if we are the subject of bankruptcy proceedings.

Credit and/or Debit Card Transactions

Glade.ai utilizes third-party service providers to provide credit and debit card payment processing services. If you choose to subscribe to the Glade.ai Offerings, the credit or debit card information provided will be shared with our contracted third-party payment processing service provider(s).

Third-Party Websites

This App and Site may contain links to third-party owned and/or operated websites including, without limitation, Social Media Websites. Glade.ai is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites.

Children’s Privacy

Visitors under eighteen (18) years of age are not permitted to use and/or submit their personal information through the App or Site. Glade.ai does not knowingly solicit or collect information from visitors under eighteen (18) years of age.

Opt-Out/Unsubscribe

To opt-out of receiving e-mail and other forms of communication from us, you can: (a) follow the instructions included in the applicable e-mail message or other communication; or (b) e-mail us at: support@glade.ai.

Deleting, Modifying and Updating Your Information

Where required by applicable law, you may request to access, amend, or remove your personal information by e-mailing us at support@glade.ai. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing a request.

Transfer of Personal Information Internationally

If you are accessing the App and/or visiting the Site from a country other than the country in which our servers are located, your communications with us may result in the transfer of information across international boundaries. By accessing the App, visiting the Site and/or otherwise communicating electronically with us, you consent to such transfers.

Glade.ai reserves the right to change or update this Privacy Policy at any time. If we do, we’ll let you know by posting the updated Privacy Policy on our Site, and we may also send other communications.
